Fork update: langchain 1.1.1 compatibility + Elasticsearch 9.2 support (reference link)

Hi maintainers — I’ve updated my fork of langchain-elastic to be compatible with langchain==1.1.1 and Elasticsearch 9.2.x.

For convenience, I also published a temporary package for evaluation: pip install langchain-elasticsearch-lc1

I’m not opening a PR at the moment, but sharing this in case it helps others or is useful for reference/cherry-picking. If you want any additional details on the changes or validation, let me know.
