Thanks for making this package. I notice that there is a strange issue probably in the velocity field near the polar region.
For example, on the Antarctica plate on the documentation page, the vector looks weird. It looks like there is more than one Euler pole. Arrows in the upper half of the map look relatively normal. But the lower half is very strange. The issue seems to be associated with the geographic south pole.

A similar plot for the Eurasian plate. Most of the arrows look correct. But the arrows near the north pole get distorted.

I wonder if this is due to the projection in the pyplot quiver? Can this also be a problem in the actual velocity field (ENU) computation
