Description
Describe the bug
Since updating this afternoon (10 Nov 2025) I am unable to connect to any EKS cluster. Connections to a local microk8s cluster still work.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open Lens
- Select any configured cluster
Expected behavior
Display the usual selection of objects (Overview, Applications, Nodes...)
Instead, I see icon for "Connection failed" in the tree view.
I am still able to access the same clusters using kubectl.
Screenshots
Detailed error message is attached.

Environment (please complete the following information):
- Lens Version: 2025.10.230725-latest
- OS: Ubuntu 24.04
- Installation method apt install from http://downloads.k8slens.dev/apt/debian
Logs:
When you run the application executable from command line you will see some logging output. Please paste them here:
There is no logging output when I run /opt/Lens/lens-desktop.
Kubeconfig:
kubectl still works and .kube/config has not changed since Lens was working earlier today.
