Update this afternoon has caused all connections to AWS EKS clusters to fail #8272

Describe the bug
Since updating this afternoon (10 Nov 2025) I am unable to connect to any EKS cluster. Connections to a local microk8s cluster still work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Lens
  2. Select any configured cluster

Expected behavior
Display the usual selection of objects (Overview, Applications, Nodes...)

Instead, I see icon for "Connection failed" in the tree view.

I am still able to access the same clusters using kubectl.

Logs:
When you run the application executable from command line you will see some logging output. Please paste them here:

There is no logging output when I run /opt/Lens/lens-desktop.

Kubeconfig:
kubectl still works and .kube/config has not changed since Lens was working earlier today.
