Hello,
I'm reporting a hardware compatibility issue.
Laptop:
- Monster Tulpar T7 V25.1
- MSI-based platform
Operating System:
- Zorin OS 18.1 Core (Ubuntu 24.04)
Keyboard:
- SteelSeries KLC
- USB ID: 1038:113a
The keyboard works correctly as an input device, but its backlight never turns on under Linux.
Windows controls it successfully through SteelSeries GG.
I have already confirmed:
- USB device is detected correctly.
- HID descriptors are available.
- No keyboard LED interface appears under /sys/class/leds.
- OpenRGB cannot detect the keyboard.
- Existing Linux SteelSeries drivers do not support this device.
If anyone has the same hardware or knows whether support is being developed, I'd appreciate any information.
I'm also happy to provide additional logs or perform any requested tests.
Thank you.
