Sound Bugged/Native Prompts not going away

I dont have any sounds when deploying a Spike.
And the Native Prompt to Pick up a Spike dosent go away.

so the issue itself with the prompt is gone but i dont have ox_lib notifications and any sounds and the blips wont work for me
