Standard helm labels Missing

Is there anything stopping us from leveraging the standard labels for helm charts?
Specifically, labels like:
`helm.sh/chart`
`app.kubernetes.io/version`
`app.kubernetes.io/managed-by`

If all that's missing is the PR, that's something I can put together.

Please advise
