Gets lost in node_modules

I embed a node app in the same directory as the go code.
pkger spins forever then crashes.
Is there a way to exclude some paths?
Attempted to build pkger but wasn't successful.

Same problem here, I want it to look only into folders like cmd, pkg and not any other directory.

Currently it fails with open ... : permission denied as it's reading directories that it should not.

I'd also welcome an option (e.g., -exclude) for ignoring particular directories while parsing.

there already exists a list of ignored directories (interestingly including node_modules), but there seemingly is no option for manually specifying such directories. the fs traversal mechanism resides here:

Same. Running it in a mono repo with tonnes of other stuff like front ends. I run pkger in the root of the backend go project.

It takes 5 minutes, then returns error about trying to parse node_modules which is in ../XX/node_modules in relation to the cwd

I don't know what it's doing or why it's trying to search the root project when I'm running the command in a folder. My presumption would be that it just creates the pkger.go file and then allows you to specify static files, but it's trying to do something automated that isn't clear in the readme.
