Using OFswitch counter to calculate the pkloss encounter problem

initially use the txbyte and rxbyte calculate the pkloss just as same as the bandwith flowing Floodlight toturials

then use the tx, rx packet counter, still have problem;

And, the cause of the packet loss seems to need to be clear, cause set the link packet loss will lead to switch loss the packet.

Steps need to do
check with restAPI /wm/core/switch/all/port/json, find the data that can represent the pkloss;
find why the bandwith result be miniers, even after its ganruntee steps

Maybe some problem with the Mininet. First, the OpenvSwitch don't count packet drop in the Mininet with OVS 2.3.0; Secondly, the two ports between one link always the same, so it can not give the packet loss. Considering the version problem, The problem evironment is Ubuntu 14.04 OVS2.3.0
