How/where do we log issues about the Windows Runtime API itself?

I am using this class https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/api/windows.storage.provider.storageprovidersyncrootinfo?view=winrt-28000

However, I know there are properties that should be on this class, but aren't - for example I should be able to set a SearchHandlerFactory GUID

Where would I log this? I can't find a github about the Windows Runtime, only projection projects

If it is with respect to the API itself and the API surface it provides, then given it is an OS API, you would submit your feedback via the Feedback Hub by pressing [Windows] + [F].
