Expected Behavior

the virtual platform feature should be enabled via command line or via wsl --install --no-distribution

Actual Behavior

instead of running DISM, I ran the wsl --install --no-distribution command and got a similar error:

I have validated that BIOS has Intel VT enabled.

If I'm trying to turn on VirtualMachinePlatform via run: optionalfeatures I get a error message.

As I see all your message are quite new and I suspect this issue is related to some new platforms. May be this is a CPU or a Chipset driver issue. I have Razer Blade 16" with AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/ Radeon 890M. All AMD drivers are upto date. Same for Windows. Updates.

According Tast Manager CPU virtualisation is on. Although I cound not find any virtualisation setting in BIOS.
