@tomvcassidy This version of Service Fabric is no longer supported, but it should still be available for download. Could you take a look? We should also update the table at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/service-fabric/service-fabric-versions. It says that it only lists latest unsupported versions, but we still list all of the 9.1 and 10.0 versions.
