Question about findShmTrees

Hello, I'd like to know how 'nodes that were reconstructed by algorithm' are generated. Under what circumstances are they computed based on my existing nodes? Are they generated when the distance between nodes reaches a certain threshold? Could you also explain the computational principle behind it?

Hi, the nodes are computed for example if in your data we see that the node with certain mutations should exist but we don't see it in the repertoire.
