Add a link to collection history (requires VPN)

I'd be interesting to display the history of revisions to collections and show a diff between each revisions. This would allow end-users to follow changes made to their firefox, and devs to check that their collections are working as expected.

Unfortunately I don't think this is possible with the current deployment.

Indeed, the public instance does not have the history plugin enabled...

I wonder if we want to «impose» the usage of the private instance via the addon, or enable the history plugin in the public instance (exposing history to anyone)

@jvehent I could add a link to the Kinto-Admin history page, but it would fail when not connected to the VPN
