Brazil GTM - Partnership with Garoa

Goal:

• Get this partnership up and running
• Get recurrent activities happening there

@cynthiapereira started a partnership with Garoa Hacker Clube, a lot of mozillians (including me, @melissacd and several others) participated on the first workshop, but than people disappeared, and @cynthiapereira was left alone :(

We need to get this back on track. Alexandre, another community member, showed up offering help, so maybe this is the perfect timing for this partnership to rebirth from its ashes.

Anyone has Alexandre's user, so that he can get notified when we talk about him? :)
