Brazil GTM - Partnership with Novatec

• Get this partnership up and running
• Get recurrent activities happening there

@cynthiapereira said she talked to Novatec people, and they offered space (which could be used for training sessions and stuff like that), but for the same reason the partnership with Garoa (#87) stopped, this never started (correct me if I'm wrong @cynthiapereira).

We need to get this back on track. @cynthiapereira, how can we help you here?

Entrei em contato com o Rubens do Centro de Treinamento do Novatec. Ele me relatou que os objetivos da Novatec é apoiar a comunidade em geral e principalmente apoiar projetos que terão uma continuidade.

Expliquei os objetivos estabelecidos para o Webmaker no Brasil [#67] e ele se mostrou muito receptivo. Fiquei de encaminhar mais informações sobre o projeto por e-mail, baseado no Webmaker Partners Kit, cuja localização já foi realizada e estamos revisando a gramática, e ir visitar o local para saber que tipo de atividades poderemos realizar lá.

We've finished up designing this kit over in issue #43. Wondering if you'd like us to drop in the localized copy so you can share that final version or is it easier just to share the google doc you've created?
