Indonesia GTM -- Public Relations

When Webmaker launches in early August, let's ensure media in Indonesia know all about it. We can work together to identify press, pitch them, and track coverage.

Initially outlined in #48, but that ticket has become primarily about social media. Best to create this PR-focused ticket.

Good to talk about PR on today's call! And glad to hear we have a media list.
How can I help prepare a press release for our upcoming contest/workshop events? Would you like me to write an outline?

@KevZawacki An outline will definitely help. We'll be able to fill it up with facts and information related to Webmaker activities in Indonesia as well as sharing some featured Indonesian contents. I have asked all the team member who will organize school presentation and workshops to document their events for this.

An update: Webmaker will officially emerge from beta on Friday, August 14. So, that's when we'll begin pitching media.

It's part of coordination within Team05. I suggest we send the first email on Monday. What do you think, @rara79?

Hi, a quick update: we've decided to push the launch from Friday, August 14 to Monday, August 17. The beginning of the week will be more effective.

So, something to be aware of as we start reaching out to media.
