Test: AP1roG wfns have low test coverage

The some of different flavors of AP1roG wavefunction classes have fairly low test coverage. Note that there are also wavefunctions with _NEW in the name that will be addressed in #91. All the "new" wafenctions have 0% coverage, while other AP1roG wavefunctions have 15-60% test coverage.

Following files have low test coverage as of the last GitHub action:

• ap1rog_generalized.py (17%)
• ap1rog_spin.py (17%)
• apset1rog_d.py (64%)
• apset1rog_sd.py (62%)
• pccd_ap1rog.py (25%)
