#45 — Harden the scenario-generation journey: persistent state, guided setup, and resilient progress

What to build

Long scenarios gain a compact executive summary and section-navigation surface above the full result, while the complete Markdown render, the Scenario / Detection & Response tabs, and all existing downloads are retained. Facilitator-critical parts (injects, success criteria, metrics, artefacts, rules of engagement) are quick to reach. A single persistent result action area holds Open in Assistant, scenario download, Navigator layer, Detection & Response download, regenerate, retry-failed-enrichment, and clear. Clearing a result requires an explicit action and leaves global setup intact, and feedback controls stay attached to the scenario being rated.

Acceptance criteria

• A compact summary + section-navigation surface renders above long scenarios without truncating or rewriting the generated Markdown
• The Scenario and Detection & Response tabs remain distinct; injects, success criteria, metrics, artefacts, and rules of engagement are quickly reachable
• One result action area exposes Open in Assistant, scenario download, Navigator layer, Detection download, regenerate, retry-failed-enrichment, and clear
• Clear requires an explicit action and leaves global setup intact; feedback stays bound to the scenario it rates
• Tests assert filenames and captured content stay stable across reruns/navigation and that feedback targets the correct result
