FONT NOT DETECTING OR TRANSLATING IN ANY BROWSER

Hello expert people,

I am having issue with browsing some specific site. I am on Windows 11 Desktop, Edge or Chrome none of the browser detecting fonts. I would appreciate if anyone can help. From inspect element I can see that they have used following font-family:
Open Sans,Inter,-apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,"Segoe UI","Helvetica Neue",Arial,"Noto Sans",sans-serif,"Apple ColorDef Emoji","Segoe UI Emoji","Segoe UI Symbol","Noto ColorDef Emoji"

Please note, when I am changing to Arial in Inspect Element CSS, text are displaying fine. It seems to me, font-family creating trouble. I have already installed into the windows all these fonts available in the font-family but no luck. For your kind information, I don't own the site, I am an end-user.
