Nextcloud 33 and 32: Unable to create a Deck from Teams' new dashboards (error message)

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure that Contacts, Teams and Deck are installed
2. Go to a team dashboard
3. Click on the Deck creation button
4. Seize a deck's name and validate
5. See the error message and notice that no deck board is created

Expected behaviour

No error message should appear, and the deck board should be created.

Actual behaviour

Error message + no deck board creation

The "Deck board" button in the Teams UI (Contacts app) seems to be a placeholder right now, if I am not mistaken.

src/components/CircleDetails.vue, in the handleResourceCreation method, the case "deck" branch does not contain an actual implementation - it just shows an error toast and returns:

All other resource types (folder, talk, collective, calendar) have working implementations with actual API calls. The deck case is the only one that is a placeholder.
