Add links to community projects

I'm creating this issue after an email conversation with Tiffany Cheng in which she mentions new 4D printing tools she's developed as an extension to Voxel2GCode.

• Add links to projects the community has done using Voxel2GCode
• (Nice to have) Create a Voxel2GCode page at Nono.MA to
  • showcase community projects (e.g. Material Programming for Meteorosensitive Architecture),
  • provide an overview of why Voxel2GCode, and
  • show basic usage examples (which are already in README.md)
