Paused download notification not showing for stable ver...

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Yokai app.
2. Go to Downloads with manga downloading.
3. Pause Downloads.
4. The notification for pausing does not shows up.

Expected behavior

The Pause notification should shows up in the notification banner like tachij2k

Actual behavior

The Pause notification not shown...

I've tried clearing cache and also checking the yokai app notification and its allowed...
