Host spec and examples on Cloudflare (rather than redirecting to GitHub repo)

• The spec and examples files need to be hosted as plain markdown such that an external tool can easily download them
• The way that markdown files are hosted on GitHub makes this challenging!
• We should move to Cloudflare and replace the "redirects" file with full hosting of the various files and version.
• The desired URL structure is here
• It's implemented in the _redirects file in this repo
