CTerminologyCode.constraint has incorrect type

CTerminologyCode.constraint has currently type List<String>, but this should be String. See https://specifications.openehr.org/releases/AM/latest/AOM2.html#_c_terminology_code_class

This might cause backwards incompatibilities, so this should be fixed with care.
