Improve messaging for iOS devices that aren't supported

One of the operators was confused by the error that the camera intrinsics were unknown, and it turned out that they were using older devices (iPhone 7) only after clicking the checkerboard calibration step.

A couple ideas

1. is there a way to check for the phone type before?
2. the messaging could be changed to note the minimum iOS device needed
