Few small UI changes in dashboard.

Summary

1. Bigger switch for side organization menu.
2. Make columns width in manage Public Resources movable - or change content length.
3. Add direct URL for docs.

Motivation

This is quite small, would be better if the button/area for invoking side menu is bigger.

2. Personally I don't need the Name this wide, most my names are shorter and taking space.
   The Access containing full url. Mostly I need sub-domains (domain itself is known to me) having little or no use to have it there. It's taking a lot of space.
   Both of them could pop out with full info after mouse pointer is hoovering above entry.

3. Now user need to go from Dashboard > GH > Pangolin site > Docs. How about having URL directly on same line as is the Pangolin version, after it.
