hi everyone.
So i am trying to migrate wger to android and run it locally on android to make it smooth and more reliable when i don't have internet.
And with the chain of dependency,
wger -> drf_spectacular -> jsonschema -> rpds.
So the issue is that
rpdsis rust FFI, and and having to compile rust code and setting up rust is not something easy thing to do.tldr; So what i wanted to know is, is their a good or better way to migrate jsonschema away from
rpds, before i fork the repo and rewrite all therpdsAPI in pure python, or rewrite the jsonschema logic .As the plan is to run the
wgerin local system with just the local user with very minor activity. performance is not something to be concerned. And i was hoping beforerpdswe might have written parts of the code in pure python orc. So i just wanted to get some insight.Thank you for any information or headsup.
during this time period i will try to migrate drf_spectacular away from jsonschema for my private fork. Will be waiting for any response from anyone thank you once again.Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
