Describe the solution you'd like

Would be awesome to have the option for some sort of notification, especially to group members. I don't know what medium is best, maybe via email? Possibly an email summary with a configurable interval? Configurable notifications would be cool too. E.g. when a new expense is added, when the group settles up, when a comment is added to an expense (once this feature exists), if an expense is modified, if someone is added or removed to the group, etc.

I have not considered any alternatives.
