SplitPro is a great tool, but the entry barrier is too high to use it for occasional gatherings with friends, since using it requires signups.
Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, I would like to have authenticated users of the app (like myself) be able to create a group that I could then set to "public" and share via a link. Everyone with the link can then see balances and add expenses. The group members would ideally be email-less fictional users local to the group (maybe even something like suggested in #67 ).
Describe alternatives you've considered
Magic Link invites require email addresses to be exchanged, using invites requires my friends to all log in using their email, which is still a bit of a hassle compared to just using the service via the link.
Spliit implements this perfectly, because it does not have the concept of accounts (which comes with other downsides).
Creating email accounts without email verification by clicking "Add to Split Pro" does not give those users proper access to the service.
App version
Relevant to all versions, I selfhost v2.1.2
