[FEAT] OCI Labels for Kaniko Image / kaniko:debug

Hi,

Would it be possible to add OCI Spec default labels onto the prebuilt container images?

I would like to reference which sub versions, like the busybox version, has been used to build the image.
(And reverse linking to this repository from the Image would also be great)
