Go back from stream sites

For some reason, whenever going into a stream site, I have to click "go back" button 3 times to go back to the site I was in.

@JerryPeng0112 I saw this today while I was testing too. So odd! Can you take a look at this one too?

Production looks fine, so I want this fixed before we move to Prod.
