Notice of Hard Fork For go-init

This is a notice that I have forked go-init into my own repository (https://github.com/adambkaplan/go-init) and intend to maintain it long term or transfer ownership to a responsible individual/entity when the time comes.

We at Red Hat had "vendored" this piece of code in our distribution of Jenkins almost 5 years ago, preserving the original copyright and MIT license. We have used this as our entrypoint command for the Jenkins controller, which spawns child processes at will to execute jobs/builds. The code has been running at scale in production environments ever since. We have identified and fixed only one bug in this time period, which I have ported over to my fork.

Please feel free to update the README to point to my copy of the fork. If desired, you may also archive this repository which declares it "read only" in GitHub.
