parsec-quickstart container on arm64

Currently the container image ghcr.io/parallaxsecond/parsec-quickstart is for x86 architecture only. Is there a plan to support arm64 as well?

Thanks for the issue @michael2012z. Currently, there are no concrete plans to have arm64 containers. But we could plan and add it for the coming release.
