For 2025.1 or later

JetBrains requires to use new format of the plugin for IDEs 2025.1 or later. Since I do not have the bandwidth for this rewrite, here are the instructions for 2025.1

1. In Project tool window > click on 'hamburger menu' > Appearance > uncheck 'Show Excluded Files'
2. This setting per project, so you need to do this for all projects
