Value limited to 100 characters

I'm monitoring an API that requires Basic Authorization (username and password). As I didn't see a way to utilize this type of authorization within ping-api, I attempted to use Basic Auth by passing it in the Request Headers. However, the 'Value' field is limited to 100 characters whereas my encoded auth is 138 characters.
