Hi, I have a good understanding of Yjs and its backend. I wrote a related article on using it with Hocuspocus, though it is in Chinese: https://juejin.cn/post/7401071898031767578 In my opinion, a central WebSocket server is necessary for a production-ready collaboration service. I'd be willing to help implement this feature if you're looking for contributors. Separately, I'm also monitoring the Loro project, which seems like a strong alternative if fine-grained version control is a key goal. |

I have some experiences for using yjs ecosystem in our enterprise wiki product and write a article title: PingCode Wiki 协同编辑技术揭秘.
Our resolution based yjs ecosystem need a central web socket server(don't persist any collaboration), I think it is not suited for open source(local-first), is there a decentralised resolution?
Option one:
Maybe webRTC + yjs is resolution we can try first.
Is there anyone have the experience for it or want to research it(web can learn excalidraw or other open source projects)?
Any advice is welcome!
Loro is a amazing project that making json collaborative, maybe we could research and try.
