[BUG] Failed to build image (catnip)

I realise two other people have opened issues about catnip in the last week but mine seems slightly different so I thought I'd open one anyway.

Describe the bug
Error when the terminal tries to install requirements.txt

To Reproduce
Follow the "docker images" part of the curriculum, up to this part:

$ docker build -t yourusername/catnip .

Expected behavior
Uh. Whatever it's supposed to do. Sorry mate I'm completely new to this and don't have a clue what's going on I'm just following along lmao
