Describe the enhancement
Colorful folders is a feature available inside Primary only through the Style Settings plugin for primary-theme.
The colors that are applied appear like they might be designed to apply from the top down, and when the files/folders (assuming you have enough to scroll) get recolored as you scroll so whichever parent folder has subfolders at the top become Red

├── Folder_B/
│ ├── Subfolder_01
│ └── ... (19 more)
└── Folder_C/
├── Subfolder_01
└── ... (19 more)
This behavior doesn't occur if you only have one level of folders.
