Cookie Layering Standardization Updates #41
Description
I think @annevk @bvandersloot-mozilla and I should give an update to this group on the progress of Cookie Layering, which is a broader effort of aligning web specs and the IETF Cookies spec (we wrote a new one) and, by virtue of doing that, also to standardize work items of this group such as Storage Access API and CHIPS.
