Question: What the differences between `rtt-target` and `defmt-rtt`?

It is not clear to me what are the advantage of using rtt-target over defmt-rtt when defmt is used. It could be nice to have a comparison. By the way - if I am not wrong - panic-rtt-target can be used with defmt-rtt?
