(Docker) Several docs/examples in this repo mount AWS credentials on outdated /exporter/.aws path #1757

Outdated by commit 7c30771. The user that runs yace now is nobody and its working directory is /home (found this by inspecting the running docker container interactively). So the correct path should be /home/.aws instead of /exporter/.aws.
All this made it really difficult for me to set YACE up via podman/NixOS.
