The commands would need to be issued via tmadmin instead of psadmin though.

In testing, it is not always starting?

When trying to boot pubsub domains via tmadmin, this is the error in stderr:

dlopen in libpscompat failed for 'lib.so': lib.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Using ldd shows no difference in linked libraries used by tmadmin:
