Update to Slurm 25 has breaking changes to --get-user-env

Just a heads-up as I ran into this on another cluster and out queue scripts use the old form.

Found another report on this in jupyterhub.

@niklassiemer cmti is still on 24, but not sure when mpcdf plans to update, just a reminder for when this happens.

Fix is to change in the queuing templates from

#SBATCH --get-user-env=L

to

#SBATCH --get-user-env
