If you have time to test thanks. This new RC removes the test that was failing due to PROJ 9.6.2 returning more accurate bounds. The test was removed as pyproj wasn't actually doing any of the logic.

CI is still running, but PyPI should be updated in the next hour.

test_transform_bounds__antimeridian & test_transform_bounds__antimeridian__xy still fail (with PROJ 9.6.2).

That is expected. One option is to patch PROJ similar to conda-forge: conda-forge/proj.4-feedstock#163

If the status of the build on the buildd.debian.org page says "Installed" is that equivalent to successful?

Yes, you can click the text in the column for the full buildlog.

The background colour also helps distinguish successfully (green) and failed (red) builds. The dark hue is for unofficial ports, those failures don't block testing migration.

@snowman2 how strict are you on all builds passing and/or how long do you usually wait for others to have time for testing?

A day or two is usually how long I wait. Since all the tests pass with the exception of known failures unrelated to pyproj, I think that it would be fine to make a release.

Looks good to me for Fedora rawhide/43.
I do see the same issues with test_transform_bounds__antimeridian & test_transform_bounds__antimeridian__xy (with PROJ 9.6.2), but since this is an issue in proj and not in pyproj, I have disabled these 2 testcases for now and will reenable them once proj releases version 9.7.
With these 2 tests disabled pyproj builds without problems and all other tests pass.
