About YOLO V7？

I want to train a yolo model for comparation, but i got 0% mAP in yolo. I saw that you get 67% p in yolo v7, can you share your idea about how to train a yolo model. Thanks a lot if possible!

I train yolo with detection task, and set 30X30 as badminton's (w,h).
