Problem:
when i press l alt key for target voice stops working

when i press alt voice should not be stopped

This is most likely not a qb-target issue itself, but a keybind or voice resource conflict.

What’s happening

By default, qb-target uses Left Alt (LMENU) as its activation key.

If your voice resource (for example pma-voice, mumble-voip, saltychat, etc.) is also listening for key state changes or using the same control group, pressing Left Alt may:

• interrupt push-to-talk
• toggle voice proximity unexpectedly
• or temporarily disable voice transmission

So when you press Left Alt for targeting, your voice stops working.

Things to check

1. Voice resource keybinds

   • Make sure push-to-talk is not bound to the same key.
   • Check proximity toggle keys.

2. RegisterKeyMapping conflicts
   If both scripts use:

   RegisterKeyMapping(...)
   

   with overlapping keys, it can cause unexpected behavior.

3. Control disabling
   Some scripts use:

   DisableControlAction(...)
   

   If your voice script depends on that control group, it can break while targeting is active.

Quick test

Try changing the qb-target key in config.lua:

Config.OpenKey = 'LMENU'

Change it to something else like:

Config.OpenKey = 'F2'

If voice works normally after that, it's confirmed to be a keybind conflict — not a qb-target bug.
