The iD icon is currently just a pedestrian, which doesn't really convey "ford" specifically and doesn't account for vehicle fords.

I think, the simplest way is to combine pedestrian, car and motorcycle pictograms with water pictogram:

Pedestrian pictogram however looks a bit biblical.
