chore(ui): integrate existing long entity ui into new endpoint

Integrate the existing UI with: #240

This will minimize breakage in main until the rest of the sub-issues within this are completed

First Draft to mitigate massive amounts of entities polluting the UI:

• Existing UI use new endpoint
• Simple "More..." button to fetch more pages

• or -

Make the long entity threshold much longer by default + configurable <- this might be the path of least resistance until swimlanes

/entities endpoint was additive, so no need to do this if we're getting rid of the view
