Version Mismatch

Previously: #220

This is happening again. When I start nvim I see the "version mismatch restarting" message and then I see other nvim instances throw errors about failing to connect to 37373 (I assume because mcp-hub restarted).

Did another release not get made? Or maybe I've updated something wrong?

oh bonus, this error causes mcp-hub to restart which then makes all the other instances have errors, so every time I switch to any diff nvim instance all the rest get an error and restart mcp-hub when I go back to them!
I'll revert to 4.2.0 for now.
