Issue 1
If you set the frame rate to 60 fps in the Bridge settings and also set the start frame to a value other than 0, the VMD file is not output.
Issue 2
Set the frame rate to 60 fps in the Bridge settings and set the start frame to a value between 0 and the last frame.
If you then set the AVI export frame rate to 30, the VMD file is not output.
I believe this contradicts the statement in the Ver 1.1.0 patch notes: “The AVI export FPS does not need to match.”

A common issue with both Problem 1 and Problem 2 is that the window shown above does not appear.
The conditions for successfully outputting a HighFPS VMD are:
① Set the Bridge start frame to 0.
② Match the FPS of the AVI and Bridge.
This was the solution that worked for me.
This issue does not occur at 30 fps.
